For more than 17 years, I have been leading teams, scaling products, and guiding transformation across technology, consulting, and enterprise leadership. Today, I continue to lead global product and strategy teams while supporting individuals and organizations who are ready to evolve.
The Season That Shaped My Purpose

My purpose was shaped in that tension. I help people find clarity in their own fullness because I’ve had to find it in mine.

Why I Speak, Teach, and Mentor teams and leaders
I do this work because I know what it feels like to be capable and still stuck. To have big ideas and no clarity. To want more but not know where to start. I’ve lived that tension. I’ve led through it. And now I help others move through it with more grace, structure, and support than I ever had.
